You can't stop the waves of emotions from coming - but we can teach you how to ride your emotions, as a surfer on a wave back to your safe shore
The basic training program helps you get familiar with your emotions. The programme contains of short theoretical and practical introduction, and a few questions that tells us which waters you are in. These questions also define your programme. The programme includes an exercise you try out each day of the program.
You are also asked to write down a few words - your feedback. Does it make sense? Can you see some improvement in how you handle your emotions? Where can we improve the programme?
Estimated time spend:
- 21 videos of maximum 7 minutes (many are much shorter)
- 10 minutes evaluation.
- Exercises are incorporated in your everyday activities
Become conscious about your internal fixations and find out which ones are limiting beliefs in your life, and which ones are different types of boards, which you have to master to surf your emotions.
